The Asian Cultural Contents Exchange Association (ACCEA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Laos National School of Arts to establish and support the "Lao Youth Orchestra."

The MOU came after ACCEA visited the Lao National School of Arts in Vientien, Laos, in August,

At the time, ACCEA proposed to provide various arts education and cultural experience opportunities to children of ethnic minorities in Laos.

ACCEA and Lao National School of Arts established the "Lao Youth Orchestra" through this agreement, supported education and musical instruments,

We agreed to send a music teacher and a professional performer.
