ACCEA signed an MOU with the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism's Cultural Heritage Bureau in Vientiane, Laos, on October 4 to expand cultural heritage exchanges.

The agreement promotes the cultural heritage of both countries listed as World Heritage sites and supports the human and material resources necessary for the excavation

of Laos cultural properties at the private level.
